BRIGHTWOOD

A bespoke home located on the edge of Hatfield Forest. This site was very sensitive to the Planners and the design reflects the rural character of the area. The house replaced an 18th century bungalow.

A very private development of 2 Georgian character homes in Bishop’s Stortford. The tandem form of development provides a special courtyard layout that proved very popular with purchasers.

RUMBALL'S BARN

Grade II listed former barn. Careful negotiation with planners and conservation officers resulted in double garage with accommodation over and construction of facsimile mid-storey entrance. Accommodation provides for five bedrooms and three bathrooms, large lounge, hall, utility and kitchen.

THE SPIRES

A gated development of 5 magnificent luxury homes in Bishop’s Stortford. Located on the edge of the green belt with views over the town. The prominent position and sensitive location of the site required a close involvement with the Development Control Officers and provision of additional reports and drawings to gain planning consent.

Each property was individually designed within a general theme.  The accommodation provided is very high quality and laid out over 3 floors.  All these houses are timber framed and have remarkably low running costs.  Sizes range from 3,000 to 6,000 sq ft.

A development of 52 homes on the edge of Bishop’s Stortford. Initially a speculative development, the site was acquired by the ‘Orbit Housing Association’ and the scheme redesigned for social housing. It has proved to be a successful and popular housing development.
