After deciding what you want in your project, it’s time to ask a contractor to provide a quote for the works. The standard process is to ask 3 or 4 contractors to return a price based on the drawings and specification you have provided which will usually include Construction Drawings and a Schedule of Work. Once prices are returned, you will need to analyse the data and assess which contractor you prefer to work with.
