Planning appeals can be made for a number of reasons, but most are made by the applicant because a planning application has been refused by the local planning authority. If you have received a refusal notice for your planning application, the usual options are to either make amendments to the scheme and submit a revised planning application, or submit an appeal to The Planning Inspectorate.
The Planning Inspectorate’s current approval statistics claim that on average 1 in 3 applications are approved. We at PHD Associates pride ourselves on our excellent success rate! Of course nothing can be guaranteed in Planning, however using a reputable firm to submit a Planning Appeal on your behalf is an option worth considering.
PHD Associates provide the best advice for applicants during the planning process to try to use the Planning Appeal process as a last resort. If you would like to discuss your planning options, please call 01279 817342 or contact us.
