Developing the brief is the most essential part as it is the foundation of everything that follows.We devote time and attention to detail in questioning, researching, outlining, re-assessing and affirming every aspect of a project. We advise on planning issues, involvement of other consultants, methods of construction, procurement and developing strategies for involving and working with all stakeholders in a project.
Our wide range of experience in many types of project means that we can advise on all sorts of issues including regulatory or statutory that might otherwise be overlooked.
Clients need to know, as soon as possible, what is feasible, what it will cost and how long it will take. We will provide this information from the outset. Of course the position will change as information becomes available and clients are updated on a regular basis throughout the 'Developing a brief' process, at Planning Submission, Grant of Consent, Project Detailing and during Construction. Depending on the scale of a project the team may include an independent Quantity Surveyor who will provide full costing services.
