With initial enquiries, we like to meet you and visit the site in person - even if it's just your curiosity we offer free consultation at this stage!

At early stages of projects we provide sketches and initial designs so we can quickly see what works and what doesn't, this provides a brilliant foundation for discussion.

We design high performance architectural designs and details to ensure projects surpass current energy efficiency standards.

Planning Applications

If you're looking at purchasing a property or already own a property and want planning advise, we have helped many clients over the years obtain planning permissions.

Listed Building and Heritage

If your property is in a special area of interest or listed building then there are additional laws and regulations to consider which we can provide consultation for.

3D Design

Working solely in 2D can lead to errors on more complex projects, that's where our skilled CAD designers can help build a 3D model for much smoothly run through visual communication.

Building Regulations

We provide comprehensive drawing packages to ensure that all drawings meet current building regulations, NHBC standards and building codes.

Tender and Construction Detailing

Once we have passed all the regulatory approvals, we provide more details and specified drawings with an agreed price between the client and builder, to provide accurate drawings that meet the budget.

Contract Admin

We also manage the legal and administrative aspects of a construction projects so that all the agreed terms are carried out as agreed in the brief.

Our Process

Stage 1

Project Introduction

In addition to our free initial consultation with you, we also like to visit the property and conduct our own desktop study to fully understand the property and your vision for the project!

Stage 2

Concept Design

Using the survey information and we will create a brief and provide sketch drawings using our desktop study and site visit notes. This will form as a great basis for discussions and hopefully provide problem solving solutions that you are happy with with!

Stage 3

Developed Design

We will then use our expert CAD skills to create a set of accurate and developed drawings for planning approval or to apply for a Lawful Development Certificate if your under permitted development rights!

Stage 4

Technical Design

Once relevant permissions are achieved we need to ensure to the building meets energy, sustainability, safety standards and more. This phase of the design process gets into the details and specifications of products for the construction phase.

Stage 5

Construction

Once a price and final materials have been agreed and specified, we will issue a full set of finalised construction drawings to the builder. We will then go to site on an ad hock basis to ensure the drawings are followed, and to answer any questions the builder might have.

Stage 6

Completion, Handover & Review

This stage marks the end of the long process, where we finalise the contract and certify the completions of the project for review and handover to the client.
