“An efficient architectural team that’s responsive, deals with matters promptly and creatively problem solves! A certain peace of mind to know that someone cares about deadlines and getting jobs done and listening to client requirements.”

“Certainty, confidence and appropriateness. We are probably one of your smallest clients but it is important for us to know exactly what we are getting and the certainty that as many variables are taken out of the equation as possible, so that the project has the best chance of running smoothly on site. The soil sample would be an example of this. By appropriateness I mean the provision of a tailored unique design solution that is appropriately sized for the location and developed with recognition of the client’s ability to achieve it. Breaking this project down into phases and not over-developing the site for example.”

“We have engaged the services of PHD Associates on a number of major development projects over the past 9 years.  The architectural solutions required by Hockerill have often been complex, facilitating the operation of a modern boarding and day school on a landscaped Victorian site.  We have been extremely pleased with the work of PHD who have provided pragmatic solutions which have always been in harmony with and enhanced the built environment of the College”

“An architectural practice that is capable of responding quickly and efficiently to our needs. A firm that we envisage working closely with to build our Development Company.
(PHD have) knowledge of (the) local area and indeed every area we have discussed. All the staff act in a professional and courteous manner.  Any matter we have used PHD on has been dealt with swiftly and professionally therefore no improvements needed.”
