Having obtained prior approval to change the use of this distinctive landmark Victorian building, originally built in 1887, right on the edge of a conservation area. Located on Jamaica Road at the southern end of Butler’s Wharf near the River Thames.

We gained approval on appeal for a new second floor, retaining the complex brickwork detailing of the original façade. This allowed the creation of four luxurious flats that have a modern cosmopolitan feel to them due to the contemporary mix of raw existing brick and modern high-quality renovated finishes. Each unit has been designed with open plan living with minimal high-quality finishes such as acid stained concrete to allow the beautiful historical arched windows to really steal the show.
