This project received planning permission in July 2016, the project is a new dwelling in the grounds of a grade 2 listed building. This project is still awaiting construction.

This Project received planning permission in November 2016, this involved an extension and alterations to the existing building to form a granny annex. Construction on this project is still yet to begin.

Our aim with this project was to seek planning to grant permission which would allow for the demolition of a garage and the reconstruction of a dwelling and garage. This project has since been constructed.
